Bread Besan Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Ghee or oil for cooking
Preparation:
Step 1: Besan Batter In a bowl, mix besan with water to create a smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Step 2: Vegetable Mix Add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and fresh coriander leaves to the besan batter. Mix thoroughly.
