Easy and Delicious BBQ Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Chopped fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Steps:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper if using.
