Slow Cooker Smothered Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Steps:
Step 1: Season and Coat Pork Chops Season pork chops with salt and black pepper. Dredge each chop in flour, shaking off excess.
