Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz (about 225g) egg noodles
  2. 1 lb (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  8. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  9. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  10. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  11. 1 carrot, julienned
  12. 2 green onions, sliced
  13. Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Step 1: Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.

Step 4: Add the marinated chicken to the wok, stirring constantly until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 6: Add the cooked noodles to the wok, tossing everything together to combine.

Step 7: Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with sliced green onions.
