Ingredients:

  1. Mutton pieces (500g)
  2. Onions (2, finely sliced)
  3. Ginger-garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
  4. Green chilies (3-4, slit)
  5. Curd (1/2 cup)
  6. Mint leaves (a handful, chopped)
  7. Coriander leaves (a handful, chopped)
  8. Ghee (3 tablespoons)
  9. Cloves (4-5)
  10. Cinnamon stick (1-inch)
  11. Green cardamom pods (2-3)
  12. Black pepper (1 teaspoon)
  13. Nutmeg powder (a pinch)
  14. Cashews (10-12, soaked)
  15. Almonds (10-12, soaked and peeled)
  16. Poppy seeds (1 tablespoon, soaked)
  17. Salt (to taste)
  18. Water (4 cups)

Preparation Steps:

Step 1: In a blender, make a smooth paste using soaked cashews, almonds, and poppy seeds.

Step 2: Heat ghee in a large pot, add sliced onions, and sauté until golden brown.
