Hyderabadi Mutton Marag
Ingredients:
- Mutton pieces (500g)
- Onions (2, finely sliced)
- Ginger-garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
- Green chilies (3-4, slit)
- Curd (1/2 cup)
- Mint leaves (a handful, chopped)
- Coriander leaves (a handful, chopped)
- Ghee (3 tablespoons)
- Cloves (4-5)
- Cinnamon stick (1-inch)
- Green cardamom pods (2-3)
- Black pepper (1 teaspoon)
- Nutmeg powder (a pinch)
- Cashews (10-12, soaked)
- Almonds (10-12, soaked and peeled)
- Poppy seeds (1 tablespoon, soaked)
- Salt (to taste)
- Water (4 cups)

Preparation Steps:
Step 1: In a blender, make a smooth paste using soaked cashews, almonds, and poppy seeds.
Step 2: Heat ghee in a large pot, add sliced onions, and sauté until golden brown.

Step 4: Add mutton pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
