Delicious Pasta Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta (your choice of shape)
- Shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Steps
Step 1: In a large pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
Step 2: Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until onions are softened.
Step 3: Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
