Ingredients:

  1. 400g spaghetti (calories vary)
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil (240 kcal)
  3. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 6 anchovy fillets, chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  6. 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  7. 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  8. 2 tbsp capers, drained
  9. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  10. Salt and black pepper to taste
  11. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
