Fried Vegetable Bread
Ingredients:
For the Vegetable Filling:
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, corn, peas, etc.), finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water to make a thick batter
For Frying:
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
Optional Dipping Sauce:
- Tamarind chutney or mint-coriander chutney

Preparation Steps:
For the Vegetable Filling:
