Baked Potatoes: How to Make Them Perfect in a Few Steps
These baked potatoes are incredibly easy to prepare and packed with flavor. With just a few simple ingredients and a quick bake in the oven, you'll have crispy, golden potatoes with a soft, fluffy interior. Perfect as a side dish or a satisfying snack, these baked potatoes will quickly become a favorite in your recipe collection!
Ingredients
- 1.1kg of potatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- 2 cloves of garlic
Method
- peel and cut the potatoes into pieces and transfer them to the pot with water. boil them for 7 minutes and then remove from the heat. drain them and transfer them to the bowl.
- in a bowl with the potatoes add the extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme and mix them well.
- pour potatoes into a pan covered with parchment paper. add the garlic, and thyme and drizzle them with more olive oil.
- transfer the potatoes to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 40 minutes.
- serve potatoes all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
