Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Taco shells or tortillas
