Delicious Chicken Lo mein

Ingredients:
- 8 oz lo mein or egg noodles
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Steps:
- Cook the lo mein or egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and add the prepared sauce.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and green onions. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Serve this Delicious Chicken Lo Mein hot and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures. Perfect for a quick and satisfying weeknight meal.
