Ingredients:
For the Chicken Balls:
- 1 cup ground chicken
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)

- 2 tablespoons oil

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to spice preference)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Cooking Steps:
For the Chicken Balls:
- Prepare Chicken Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, chopped bell peppers, chopped green onions, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
