Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup passionfruit pulp (about 8-10 passionfruits)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • Zest of one lemon

For the Glaze (optional):

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons passionfruit juice

Steps:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3: In a separate large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
