Chocolate Crumble: Delicious and with a Creamy Heart

Ingredients:

  1. Dark chocolate chips (200g)
  2. All-purpose flour (1 cup)
  3. Unsalted butter, chilled and diced (1/2 cup)
  4. Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
  5. Rolled oats (1/2 cup)
  6. Cocoa powder (2 tablespoons)
  7. Salt (1/4 teaspoon)

Steps:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Melt dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or in the microwave, and set aside.

Step 3: In a bowl, combine flour, chilled butter, brown sugar, rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
Step 4: Use your fingertips to rub the ingredients together until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the crumb mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 6: Spread the chocolate crumble evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crumble is golden and crisp.
