Air Fryer Garlic & Rosemary Chips with Aioli
Ingredients:
For the Garlic & Rosemary Chips:
- 4 large russet potatoes, washed and sliced into thin rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
For the Garlic & Rosemary Chips:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until the chips are golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
For the Aioli:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Serve the Garlic & Rosemary Chips with the prepared aioli for dipping.
