Ingredients:
- 1 lb (about 450g) salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking oil (if frying)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking or heat cooking oil in a frying pan for frying.
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized nuggets.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each salmon nugget into the beaten eggs and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
- For Baking: Place the coated nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through.
- For Frying: Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated nuggets for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Serve the Salmon Nuggets hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as tartar sauce, aioli, or lemon wedges.
