Ingredients:
For Mushroom Balls:
- 300g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

- 2 eggs (140 kcal)

For Manong Sauce:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp brown sugar
