Bundt Pan Roasted Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken, approximately 4-5 pounds
  • Assorted vegetables (potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, etc.)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (rosemary, thyme)

Steps:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: Rub the whole chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, ensuring an even coating.

Step 3: Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
