Ingredients:

  1. Paneer cubes (250g)
  2. Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
  3. Cream (malai)
  4. Onions (2, finely chopped)
  5. Tomatoes (2, pureed)
  6. Ginger-garlic paste
  7. Cashews (handful, soaked)
  8. Green chilies (2, finely chopped)
  9. Garam masala
  10. Turmeric powder
  11. Cooking oil
  12. Salt to taste

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

Step 2: Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.

Step 3: Blend soaked cashews into a smooth paste. Add to the pan, stir well.

Step 4: Toss in fresh fenugreek leaves and cook until wilted.

Step 5: Pour in the cream, add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Step 6: Gently fold in paneer cubes, ensuring they are coated with the creamy sauce.

Step 7: Simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
