Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes (250g)
- Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
- Cream (malai)
- Onions (2, finely chopped)
- Tomatoes (2, pureed)
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Cashews (handful, soaked)
- Green chilies (2, finely chopped)
- Garam masala
- Turmeric powder
- Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
Step 2: Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.
Step 3: Blend soaked cashews into a smooth paste. Add to the pan, stir well.
Step 4: Toss in fresh fenugreek leaves and cook until wilted.
Step 5: Pour in the cream, add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6: Gently fold in paneer cubes, ensuring they are coated with the creamy sauce.
Step 7: Simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serve hot with naan or rice. Enjoy this indulgent Methi Malai Paneer dish bursting with aromatic spices and creamy goodness!
