Miniature Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:

  1. 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. 1 onion, finely chopped
  4. 2 tomatoes, diced
  5. 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  6. 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  7. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  12. Green chilies for garnish

Steps:

Step 1: Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat vegetable oil in a miniature karahi or a regular pan.
  • Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • Stir in ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.

Step 2: Cook Chicken
