Ingredients:
- Puff Pastry:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- Spinach Filling:
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg Wash:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
Steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Spinach Filling
- In a pan, sauté chopped spinach until wilted.
- In a bowl, combine spinach with ricotta, feta, Parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Assemble the Puff Pastry Wreath
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and place one on a baking sheet.
