- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Potatoes - 2 (boiled and mashed)
- Gram flour (besan) - 1/4 cup
- Green chilies - 2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon (grated)
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying

Step 1: Prepare Rice Mixture
- Soak raw rice in water for 4-5 hours. Grind the soaked rice to a coarse paste, adding minimal water.
