- Fresh coriander - a handful, chopped
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
