Easy Cutlet With ½ Cup Suji & Some Veggies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup semolina (suji/rava)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn), finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons oil for shallow frying
