Easy Cutlet With ½ Cup Suji & Some Veggies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup semolina (suji/rava)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn), finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons oil for shallow frying
Cooking Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, combine semolina with chopped mixed vegetables, onion, green chili, mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a cohesive mixture.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into flat round cutlets.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
- Place the suji cutlets in the pan and cook until they turn golden brown on both sides.
- Flip the cutlets carefully to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, transfer the cutlets to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
