Easy Cutlet With ½ Cup Suji & Some Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup semolina (suji/rava)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn), finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oil for shallow frying

Cooking Steps:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine semolina with chopped mixed vegetables, onion, green chili, mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped coriander leaves.
