Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (about 225g) penne pasta or your preferred pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 broccoli crown, cut into small florets
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Steps:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  11. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
  12. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
