Steak Bites and Potatoes
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Potatoes:
- 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the steak cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the steak is evenly coated.
