Juicy Miniature Crispy Fried Cheetos Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders or boneless chicken pieces, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 cups Cheetos (your choice of flavor), crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a food processor, crush the Cheetos into fine crumbs. You can also place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
- Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the crushed Cheetos.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Coat each piece of chicken with flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's well coated.
- Roll the egg-coated chicken in the crushed Cheetos, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the mini crispy fried Cheetos chicken pieces with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Repeat the frying process with the remaining chicken pieces.
- Serve the Miniature Crispy Fried Cheetos Chicken with your favorite dipping sauce.
