Juicy Miniature Crispy Fried Cheetos Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders or boneless chicken pieces, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 cups Cheetos (your choice of flavor), crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, crush the Cheetos into fine crumbs. You can also place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
  2. Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the crushed Cheetos.
  3. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken with flour, shaking off the excess.
  5. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's well coated.
  6. Roll the egg-coated chicken in the crushed Cheetos, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
  7. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Remove the mini crispy fried Cheetos chicken pieces with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  11. Repeat the frying process with the remaining chicken pieces.
  12. Serve the Miniature Crispy Fried Cheetos Chicken with your favorite dipping sauce.
