Loaded Baked Potato Lasagna
Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Boil or steam the sliced potatoes until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.
