Loaded Baked Potato Lasagna


  1. 6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
  2. 1 lb ground beef
  3. 1 onion, finely chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1 cup sour cream
  7. 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  8. 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
  9. 2 tablespoons butter
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
