Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks (for serving)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season them generously with salt and black pepper.
Step 3: Place the all-purpose flour in a shallow dish. Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Step 4: Arrange the coated chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet, skin side up.
Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken thighs are golden brown and cooked through.
Step 6: While the chicken is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using.
Step 7: Once the chicken thighs are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
Step 8: Return the sauced chicken thighs to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the skin is crispy.
Step 9: Remove the Buffalo Chicken Thighs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Step 10: Serve the chicken thighs hot with blue cheese dressing on the side and celery sticks for a classic buffalo chicken experience.
Enjoy the bold and zesty flavors of these Buffalo Chicken Thighs, a crowd-pleasing dish that's perfect for a game day or any flavorful meal.
