Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nutella (to taste)
  • Ripe bananas, sliced (to taste)

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the batter is smooth.

Step 2: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling it around to spread evenly. Cook until the edges begin to lift.

Step 3: Flip the crepe and cook the other side briefly. Repeat until all batter is used.

Step 4: Spread Nutella on each crepe and add slices of ripe bananas.
