Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks

Steps:

Step 1: Prepare Dry Ingredients In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
