Perfect Spaghetti alla Carbonara
Ingredients:
- 400g spaghetti
- 150g pancetta or guanciale, diced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Steps:
Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
