Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast at Home
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season each chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure both sides are well coated.
- Wrap each seasoned chicken breast with two slices of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if needed.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet to allow the bacon to crisp up on all sides.
- Brush the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts with olive oil for added moisture and flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the bacon is crispy.
- If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to further crisp up the bacon.
- Carefully remove the toothpicks before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve the Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast hot.
