Boiled Egg Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes)

Steps:

Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

Step 3: Pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Step 4: Once the edges start to set, sprinkle the chopped boiled eggs (and optional vegetables) over the omelette.

Step 5: Gently fold the omelette in half using a spatula.
