Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Prepare Cranberries Rinse fresh cranberries under cold water and remove any stems.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients In a food processor, pulse cranberries, orange segments, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño until coarsely chopped.

Step 3: Sweeten and Season Transfer the chopped mixture to a bowl. Add granulated sugar and salt, adjusting to taste. Mix well to combine.

Step 4: Refrigerate Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
