Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups gingerbread cookie crumbs
  2. 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  3. 1/4 cup molasses
  4. 1 tsp ground ginger
  5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  7. 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  8. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  9. 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)
  10. Festive sprinkles for decoration

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Gingerbread Mixture

In a bowl, combine gingerbread crumbs, softened cream cheese, molasses, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves. Mix until well combined.

Step 2: Shape Truffles

Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Melt White Chocolate
