Ingredients:

  1. For the Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • ¼ cup sugar

    • 3 packages (24 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely ground (approx. 520 kcal)
  3. For Pistachio Topping:
    • ½ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
